GUIDED BY GOD’S VISION!
Beloved congregation,
Today, I share with you a sermon entitled "Guided by God's Vision." In our spiritual journey, it is crucial to look beyond our present circumstances and envision the transformation that God intends for us. "Focus not on your current state but on the person you aspire to become, guided by God’s vision and your own determination to improve."
Our lives are a reflection of our thoughts and beliefs. Proverbs 23:7 tells us, "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he." This passage underscores the power of our mindset in shaping our reality. If we dwell on our current limitations, we risk remaining in a stagnant state. Conversely, if we focus on the potential that God has planted within us, we open ourselves up to His transformative grace.
God does not see us merely as we are, but as what we can become. His vision for us is not confined by our past mistakes or current struggles. Instead, He sees the greatness He has embedded within our spirit. It is our responsibility, then, to align our self-perception with God's divine perspective.
This alignment requires faith—a faith that dares to believe in the unseen and the not yet achieved. It calls for a daily commitment to speak life into our potential, to declare the truth of our divine destiny, and to act in ways that reflect our belief in God’s promises.
Let us challenge ourselves to live not as victims of our circumstances but as victors over them, actively embodying the qualities of the person we aim to be. Let each action and each word be a testament to our faith in God’s plan.
In conclusion, I urge you to elevate your view, to adopt a vision that mirrors God’s own for you. Speak of yourself not as you are, but as you will be through the grace and power of our Almighty God.
Amen.
